Running out of Money to Support Ukrainian Military, Biden Starts GoFundMe Page

Washington, D.C.- The exact amount of money, tanks, weapons, and intel assistance that the United States has given to Ukraine is up for discussion, however, no one close to the situation believes that the amount is justifiable. With guesses ranging from $50 billion to over $100 billion in some cases, the money the U.S. has spent in Ukraine is astronomical. So astronomical that the President himself has taken drastic measures.

In an unprecedented move, President Biden has admitted that the U.S. Government is running out of money to fund the war between Ukraine and Russia. “It is true,” Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said, “The President’s aides sat down with him this week and taught him how to start a GoFundMe page.” The Press Secretary explained that it took a few days for him to get the page up, but now that he did it is apparently “gaining traction.”

After dodging more questions from the media, Jean-Pierre disclosed that the GoFundMe will not provide money  for tanks, weapons, ammunition, drones, or jets. “It is just money for Ukraine and its suffering people,” she remarked as she pointed to her Ukrainian flag on her lapel. 

Before leaving the podium she proudly remarked that Hunter Biden has made multiple donations over $5 since the page went live. “Even the son of the President is getting in on this, as well as hundreds of celebrities,” she explained, “Let’s all come together for the people of Ukraine as we have for the last 5 or 6 months!”
