Philadelphia, PA- Lia Thomas, the dominant male swimmer competing against females, decided since he was pretending to be a woman that he would start getting a yearly checkup with a local gynecologist.
The downside to this is that the doctor, a woman who was trained in the functioning anatomy of women, doesn’t live in the make believe world of the trans community. “Yes, Lia came in and I could tell by his Adam's apple, broad shoulders, and lack of breasts that he was obviously a man, it doesn’t take a doctor to realize that,” Dr. Stephanie Bertrand told our Offended American staff, “But she was adamant that I give her a vaginal exam so I played along for as long as I could.”
Dr. Bertrand explained that when Lia “dropped his pants his penis flopped out and was dangling between his legs” just as she had expected. She further elaborated that Lia became enraged and visibly frustrated when he climbed up onto the exam table and holstered his legs into the stirrups only to have Dr. Bertrand tell him she “couldn’t do a vaginal exam when there is a penis in the way.”
“But I am a woman!” Lia shouted. Dr. Bertrand stated that she told Lia to calm down but Lia would not. Lia then put his pants back on, punched a hole in the wall, and left shouting “Stupid doctor thinks my vagina is a penis!” as he slammed the office door behind him.
