Kiev, Ukraine- Biden continued his journey across Ukraine this week visiting the capital of Kiev. He and President Zelenskyy walked hand-in-hand flanked by reporters and security down the war torn streets assessing the damage of the year long war.

As the two made their way into the residential districts of the city, Biden was visibly shaken as he saw the ruins of playgrounds, parks, houses, and local businesses. Zelenskyy was quoted by following reporters as saying that “They needed more money to rebuild,” to which Biden responded “Let’s McMahon this place.”

Zelenskyy peered at Biden with a look of confusion asking, “What is this McMahon?” Biden stopped dead in his tracks and shouted “What, man? Come on! Ed McMahon!” to which Zelenskyy looked confusingly at the group of reporters surrounding the Presidents. “Heeeerrree’s Johnny!” Biden shouted as pointed to a tree, “He’d go to peoples houses, give em checks! Money!”

Everyone in the group continued to share confused glances at one another as Biden fumbled over his words. “Publishers Clearing House!” someone in the group shouted, sparking Biden to shout, “Yes, clearing the printers house!”

A member of Biden’s security team moved forward to explain what Publishers Clearing House is to Zelenskyy and the foreign reporters. “That’s what we need to do!” Biden shouted, “Let’s just get big checks made and go door-to-door presenting them to each citizen! Do y’all have a balloon store close by?” Biden asked, “The balloons make it.”

In the days following his idea, Biden and Zelenskyy gave away more than $10 million more dollars to the people of Ukraine via Publishers Clearing House checks that are actually from the U.S. Treasury, but Biden insisted on having Publishers Clearing House on them to “keep up tradition.”

Keep it here with The offended American to see what else Biden is doing with American money.
